My Journey – From Letchmi Estate to Building a Brand in Munnar
My name is Satheesh Kumar V. I was born and brought up in Letchmi Estate, Munnar, to my beloved parents, Mr. Velusamy and Mrs. Kassiamal.
My life journey began with hard work and determination. Growing up in the challenging environment of a tea estate, life was never easy. I worked for eight hours a day and walked nearly 30 kilometres daily for my work. Despite these difficulties, my parents always believed in education and supported me in pursuing my dreams.
With their encouragement and blessings, I continued my education while overcoming many challenges.
Studies
My Educational Journey
- 2016Completed Higher Secondary Education (12th Standard).
- 2019Completed Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
- 2021Completed Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- 2026Completed Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
After completing my education, I gained professional experience by working in two to three national-level companies. These experiences helped me understand business management, customer service and professional operations.
2023
The Beginning of Time to Travel Munnar – 2023
After gaining professional experience, I decided to return to Munnar and stay with my parents. My dream was to establish my own business in my hometown and create opportunities through entrepreneurship.
Starting a new business was not easy. I faced several financial, operational and personal challenges. However, I never gave up.
My friends, well-wishers and colleagues stood beside me during difficult times and encouraged me to move forward.
In 2023, we took our first step towards building our own business under the name TIME TO TRAVEL MUNNAR.
Initially, our journey was small. But we carefully understood the needs of tourists visiting Munnar and continuously expanded our services according to customer requirements.
